Before using this machine please read this instruction sheet seriously. It is included the important information about installation, safety and maintenance.
Summary
BC-D36 is a new product come from many research and experience included overseas excellent technology. This machine up and down pushing the material tray to lead the material and cutter head contact and achieve divide equally. Not stick after divided. Use good stainless steel and no harm to healthy plastic to the critical parts. It's complied with our national hygienic standard requirement.
This machine performance good, less noise and easy be used and maintain. It's suitable to restaurant, hotel, cake store, bakery store and dining hall for dividing.

Installation and operation procedure
1.This machine require a dry and the flat floor environment. Put the machine on the floor steadily, no shaking to ensure the good performance.
2.Make sure the supply Voltage is match to the machine specified Voltage and base on electrical equipment principle to link up a rated current is 15A leakage current interrupter to machine ().(Request a professional technician to install) need away from the wall 30cm and connect to safety ground wire. The yellow and green color wire of this machine is used to connect ground wire.
3. Put the material on the tray and put the tray on the work platform, turn on the machine, the work platform start to up and down back to the place, job is finish. If the machine can't stop, please turn down the power first and exchange of the two of three phase wiring. (Only 380V machine will have this case.)
Repair and maintenance
1.Please clean the machine after one day's job, take out the tray and use clean fabric to wipe up the work platform and machine frame. Can't washing the machine by spray pipe.
- Replenish the lubrication oil by half year or exchange the lubrication oil half ones a year.
Things to note
1.Make sure the material tray put on the work platform in place to ensure the machine can work normally.
2.Don't put the hard material in the tray, can't take out the tray unless the machine is fully stop, otherwise will destroy the machine.

Washing process
- Unscrew the four screws(1) and take out the cover(2).
- Take out the tray(3) and unscrew screw(4) then can take apart the inside pliofilm by moving the cutter head outer ring.
- Unscrew screw 6 3cycle then knock down pliofilm(7) a little, continue unscrew one piece of screw 6, take out the pliofilm(7) and install it after clean the flour. Take care, must finish the install one pliofilm then can start the second, can't exchange the pliofilm place.
- Use the same method the unscrew the 12pcs screws (8) to wash the 12pcs pliofilm (9), the stainless steel cutter head need clean by wet fabric also.( Don't take apart the outer ring pliofilm and only clean the flour is ok.)
- Install back the pliofilm and cover back to the place by the opposite process of take apart.
